About :

This is Wire World Cellular Automation ,

 it has 4 states : Empty ( Blue ) , Conductor ( White ) , Electron Head ( Red ) , Electron Tail ( Orange )

Each Tile checks for it's 8 adjacent tiles for next iteration

Rules are as follows :

• Empty → Empty,
• Electron Head → Electron Tail,
• Electron Tail → Conductor,
• Conductor → Electron Head if exactly one or two of the neighbouring cells are Electron Heads, otherwise remains Conductor.

This can be used for simulating electrical circuits , logic gates , etc . Enjoy
